“The LeRoy Heritage Museum is a treasure chest of LeRoy's history, which is a showcase of America's history because it has been preserved in a place where it almost seems like time has stood still, as LeRoy looks today much as it did over 100 years ago...The treasures in LeRoy's Heritage Museum have been a great resource in my family history research.” -Linda Mutzer
 Exhibit Room
The Exhibit Room at LeRoy Heritage Museum features objects from LeRoy Township, former Barclay Township (Barclay Mountain) including Laquin, and Granville Township all in Bradford County, Pennsylvania.
There are eight main exhibits including:
- Life at Home
- Churches
- Fraternal Organizations
- Schools
- Stores
- Coal Mining/Lumbering/Agriculture
- Community
- Early History
Each exhibit features easy-to-read labels and text panels allowing all visitors to understand what they are seeing. The exhibits are state of the art and we often receive comments on how exceptionally well done and interesting they are for a museum of this size.
In addition to these exhibits are a multimedia photograph display, a Military History case, and two rotating display cases. Our exhibits feature some items that are as old as 200 years.
Volunteers are available to give you a tour when you visit or you may browse the exhibits on your own. Admission to the exhibit room is a donation.
